from purchase to first video.
Five steps. First video typically ships within 24 hours of you approving the branding. Most of the timeline is on you (intake form, asset uploads, script approval) — the pipeline itself runs in minutes.
> step 0 — intake form (you, ~10 min)
Right after checkout we send a Telegram link + a short intake form. We need:
- niche (war-news, stoic, literary, or custom)
- target volume per month
- your YouTube channel URL — existing or planned
- Google Drive or Dropbox folder we deliver into
- preferred contact (Telegram handle + email backup)
> step 1 — branding path (you pick one)
Two paths. Pick the one that matches your channel today. This is the most important step — it prevents us from generating a logo that competes with one you already have.
[ path A ] existing channel — you already have a logo + banner
- upload your current channel logo (PNG or SVG, transparent background)
- upload your current channel banner (2048×1152 PNG)
- share the channel URL so we can match style + colors of any in-video graphics
- we register them in our
ChannelBrandrecord — no new logo or banner is generated; your existing identity is reused verbatim on every video we ship
[ path B ] new channel — no assets yet
- pick a logo template:
radar/globe/reticle/shield - pick 1–2 hex colors
- we generate a custom SVG logo + 2048×1152 channel banner in ~30 seconds and send for approval
- one round of tweaks included (color shift, template swap)
> step 2 — corner overlay setup (us, same day)
Once the logo is approved (yours or generated), we wire it into the render pipeline:
- persistent top-right watermark burned into every video render (ffmpeg overlay)
- optional persistent top-banner strip for news-style channels (Remotion composition)
- date stamp / lower-third configuration if your niche uses one
> step 3 — niche + voice config (us, same day)
We pin per-channel settings so output stays consistent:
- allowed thumbnail style tags (so the vision model only picks images that fit your channel)
- TTS voice + model + speaking rate (OpenAI
tts-1-hdvoice pinned per channel today; OpenVoice / ElevenLabs migration planned) - first script approved by you in Telegram before voice render kicks off
> step 4 — first video delivery (within 24h of script approval)
Full asset bundle lands in your Drive/Dropbox folder:
- landscape + vertical renders (MP4)
- SRT captions (word-level timings)
- thumbnail PNG
- per-segment images + voiceover audio (mastered + raw)
- metadata JSON (suggested title, description, tags)
You publish via YT Studio, Buffer, Later, or any scheduler. We never touch your channel credentials — your YouTube account stays entirely in your control.
> step 5 — steady state (ongoing, ~15 min/week of you)
Once the first video ships, the loop repeats weekly. This is what "managed" looks like in practice — almost nothing on your plate.
- monday: next batch of scripts arrives in telegram → reply ✅ or 💬 for tweaks
- tue–sun: approved videos land in your drive folder as full asset bundles
- your schedule: drag-drop to YT Studio / Buffer / Later
- anytime: ping telegram to pause, change tone, swap voice, request re-render — no ticket system, just a chat
No CLI, no dashboard, no API in phase 1. Phase 3 (q3 2026) replaces telegram + intake form with a browser dashboard at app.youtubeproduction.xyz; founder customers auto-migrate at their grandfathered price.
> what we will not do
- Generate a duplicate logo or banner if you already have one. If you took path A, your existing identity is the only identity we use.
- Publish to your YouTube channel for you. Delivery is to your folder; you stay in control.
- Re-style your existing channel's identity without explicit ask. If you want a refresh, that's a separate conversation.
